“APOLLO ALGO LLC” Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before using the "Apollo Algo" suite of
products and services. By accessing or using any part of "Apollo Algo LLC" Tradingview indicators,
Discord "Apollo Algo", Twitter Handles "@_d3f4ult" "@ApolloAlgo", Instagram Handles "@_d3f4ult"
"@ApolloAlgo", Tiktok Handles "@d3f4ult.trades" "@ApolloAlgo", or any related websites, you agree to
be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this
Agreement, you are not authorized to use any of the "Apollo Algo" products and services.
1. No Financial Advice
The content and information provided by "Apollo Algo" and its affiliates are for informational and
educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice, investment advice, or a
recommendation to buy or sell any securities. You acknowledge that "@_d3f4ult" is not a licensed
Financial Advisor.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before making any investment
decisions. You should consult with a professional financial advisor if you require personalized advice.
3. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that trading and investing in securities involve inherent risks, including the potential
loss of your entire investment, and you are solely responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of
using "Apollo Algo" or its content.
4. No Guarantee of Results
"Apollo Algo LLC" and its affiliates, agents, representatives, members, and employees do not guarantee
any particular investment results or outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Third-Party Content
"Apollo Algo" is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content and
you should independently verify any information you rely on.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use "Apollo Algo" and its content for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not
infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of "Apollo Algo" by any third party.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its
existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered
by a recognized arbitration institution, under its relevant rules. The governing law of this Agreement
shall be the substantive law of the jurisdiction in which "Apollo Algo LLC" is incorporated.
8. Termination
"Apollo Algo LLC" reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to "Apollo Algo" and
its related products and services, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not
limited to your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images,
video, and software, on "Apollo Algo" and its related websites, products, and services are the exclusive
property of "Apollo Algo LLC" or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark,
patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to
reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of "Apollo Algo" without the express
written permission of "Apollo Algo LLC".

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in
which "Apollo Algo LLC" is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to
submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within such jurisdiction for any legal
proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any applicable privacy policy or other legal notices published by "Apollo
Algo LLC" on its websites or in connection with its products and services, constitutes the entire
agreement between you and "Apollo Algo LLC" concerning the use of "Apollo Algo" and its products and
services, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether
electronic, oral or written, between you and "Apollo Algo LLC" with respect to the subject matter
hereof.

13. Warranty Disclaimer
"Apollo Algo LLC" provides its products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any
warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. "Apollo Algo LLC" does not
warrant that its products and services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or
other harmful components, and does not warrant that any defects will be corrected.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless "Apollo Algo LLC", its officers, directors, members,
employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses,
expenses, judgments, fines, and penalties based on or arising out of your use of "Apollo Algo" and its
products and services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement, or infringement by any
other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
15. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "Apollo Algo LLC" or its affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, agents,
licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use "Apollo Algo" and its products and services; (ii)
any conduct or content of any third party on "Apollo Algo"; (iii) any content obtained from "Apollo
Algo"; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based
on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not "Apollo Algo
LLC" has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found
to have failed its essential purpose.
16. Force Majeure
"Apollo Algo LLC" shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly
from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation,
internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication failures, other equipment failures,
electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor
or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of
domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, or non-performance of third parties.
17. Waiver
No waiver by "Apollo Algo LLC" of any term or condition set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed a
further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and
any failure of "Apollo Algo LLC" to assert a right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a
waiver of such right or provision.
18. Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or
employment relationship between you and "Apollo Algo LLC", and neither party has the authority to
bind the other in any way.
19. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the
minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Agreement will continue in full force and
effect.
20. Changes to This Agreement

"Apollo Algo LLC" reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service and EULA at any time
and in its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your
continued use of "Apollo Algo" following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes
acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using "Apollo Algo" and
its products and services.
21. Assignment
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations hereunder,
by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of "Apollo Algo LLC." Any attempt by
you to assign or transfer this Agreement without such consent will be null and void. "Apollo Algo LLC"
may freely assign or transfer this Agreement without restriction, subject to notice to you where required
by applicable law.
22. Headings
The headings in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation
or construction of this Agreement.
23. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances relating to your use of the
"Apollo Algo" products and services and your performance of your obligations under this Agreement.
24. Third-Party Beneficiaries
Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any person other than
the parties hereto any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by
reason of this Agreement, except as expressly provided herein.
By using any "Apollo Algo LLC" Tradingview indicators, accessing, browsing, or using our; Discord "Apollo
Algo", Discord Handle "@_d3f4ult", Twitter Handles “@_d3f4ult” "@ApolloAlgo", Instagram Handles
"@_d3f4ult" "@ApolloAlgo", Tiktok Handles "@d3f4ult.trades" "@ApolloAlgo" and each time you do so,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement in its
entirety.

CONTRACTOR(S), AGENT(S), REPRESENTATIVE(S), LICENSOR(S), OPERATIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER(S),
ADVERTISER(S) OR SUPPLIER(S), AND THE LIKE, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, OF
ANY KIND, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR ARISING FROM, USE OF EDUCATIONAL OR
INFORMATIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED AS PART OF ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE
